The following conditions can apply for returned goods:

Goods are damaged
Goods and photos are very different (need to be detailed and reasonable to identify the differences, such as: photos and packaging)
Mismatched goods (eg, order black, received white or another)
Reaction appears after using our products
Each order can only be refunded / returned once

Terms & Conditions:
Our return period of 7 days, that is, follow the company to determine the guests have taken the goods from the date of 14 days, need to let us receive the goods you need to return.
Tailor made product are NOT eligible for exchange return
Clearance sales products are NOT eligible for exchange / return

The returned goods will be processed within 3 working days after the receipt of the goods.

If there is a problem with the goods, the Company will carry out the return handling for the guests. The replacement application only accepts the same kind of goods. In the event of a reorder item, the Company will refund the same amount of goods / customers to return the same value or higher than the price of goods.

The return of merchandise freight and the return of goods when the freight is borne by the Company.

If there is any dispute, AMOFIA will have the final say.
